Large Group Contest @ Northern Cass
Schools from our region will come to Central Cass to compete in a Large Group competition. Both the high school band and high school choirs will perform (this event happens during school hours).
UND Honor Band + Choir Auditions
Students who are interested may audition for the UND Honor Band or Choir. These auditions are held during the school day, and they have traditionally taken place at a high school in Fargo or West Fargo.
NDSU Choral Festival
Students are nominated by their directors to participate in an honor choir at NDSU.
UMary Jazz Festival
The jazz band will travel to UMary in Bismarck to play in the jazz festival there. This will involve a 1 night stay at a hotel.
All-State Auditions
Time and location TBD.
High school students may audition for the All-State band and choir. These are the top high schoolers in the state. The auditions are traditionally on a weekend at a school in Fargo or West Fargo.
